In the lower and most steep parts of Gullspåmgrapids there are a fishladder, to make the salmon and trout way through to the restored parts of Gullspång river easier.
During times of salmon migration more water will be led trough the fishladder and Gullspångrapids. There will be enough water through these migration paths for the salmon and trout to find there way upstreams. These and other measures have been taken to make new places for the fish to spawn.
